A professional company dedicated to providing a voice for the vulnerable

In 2016, Libra Partnership's Founding Director Katie, was approached by a Local Authority to provide Out of Area Relevant Person Representative (RPR) services for clients placed under DoLS. Knowing there would be a vulnerable person at the heart of every case and realising that without our input, these people would very likely be without appropriate representation, she agreed.

Within 5 years, the company has grown to provide RPRs for more than twenty times the number of people we first represented, alongside 39a, 39d, IMCA, Care Act & Rule 1.2 advocacy, to hundreds of clients and an ever-growing number of Local Authorities and Advocacy Agencies across the country.

And as of now? Libra Partnership has a team of over 20 dedicated, knowledgeable Independent Mental Capacity Advocates, Care Act Advocates, Independant Mental Health Advocates and RPR’s, whose regular relevant training combined with both lived and professional experience enable them to provide professional support of the highest standard.
